Conveniently located, secure, warm, updated Spanish-style bungalow in trendy Mid City, with large private outdoor space and off-street, gated parking, available for your home base as you explore LA its possibilities during your extended stay.
With 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, Smart TVs, and plenty of space to spread out and work, the house is fully equipped with everything one needs to feel comfortable and like you are in your second home, living the LA dream.
The space
There are 2 rooms each with queen beds. The main bathroom has a shower and a separate bathtub nook. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower.
There is ample room in all of the public spaces of the house. Stretch out and relax in the warm comfortable TV Room or Living Room, have your morning coffee on the front porch, take a meeting in the afternoon in the shade of the side patio and finally wind down with a drink in the hot tub. Its all here for you to enjoy.

You will have access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom main house. You have 2 gated, on premises parking spaces in front of the house. There is a detached guest house on premises with separate entry via the driveway. The guest house shares the laundry room with the main house. No other spaces are shared. The main house guests have exclusive use of the backyard and hot tub. The guest house has its own private back patio.

Summary: Spacious, clean property, a beautiful back yard! We stayed 2 weeks, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Made several meals, kitchen was well equipped, lunches outside on the sunny patio, beds were comfy. The hot tub was a nice addition as was the gated parking and laundry. The Metro was only a few short blocks away. Whole Foods was just a few stops over. We walked to Re-Creation coffee shop, our favorite for great food and coffee. We would definitely rent from James again. His attention to detail of this property was much appreciated.
