Positive: Place is newly refurbished and clean. It is geared toward the single traveler. Building is secure and located central to everything in Miraflores; ingress and egress are easy. Host is communicative.
Negative: Minor quibble: bathroom is designed such that things get wet; while I understand the need to monitor items that guests may take with them, I did find myself in need of more towels (perhaps a larger bath mat). Although the building is relatively quiet, the surrounding area is not; this is to be expected in an urban neighborhood. The streets do quiet at night, but surrounding construction starts early.
