This spacious and modern 5 bedroom Orlando property is on the peaceful Davenport community of Calabay Parc, close to Disney World and Florida's other popular attractions. The home has a games room and a private pool and spa. A wide range of shops and restaurants can be found within a few miles.
Living Accommodation - Immediately inside the front door to the left hand side is the formal dining table seating 8 people.
Opposite the front door is the contemporary family lounge with a large ‘L’ shaped sofa, patio doors to the pool deck and a large flatscreen TV with DVD.
To the right of the family lounge is the open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you might need to prepare some tasty family meals.
The breakfast table, with 4 chairs, is perfect for snacks and drinks.

Outdoor Living - The east facing pool deck, has a private pool and spa, with lanai for covered outdoor dining and plenty of space for the whole family to be able to relax together.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at $36 per day. There is an accidental damage waiver of $62 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
*Grill rental if required is charged at $75 per week.
