At the foot of the Black Forest, surrounded by vines and forest, lies the small wine village FESSENBACH. Above its roofs is our five-star apartment, whose name is derived from the surrounding Gewann "Bergle". The apartment was already classified in 2013 by the DTV (German Tourism Association) with 5 stars. This assessment was confirmed again three years later.
From here you can discover the Ortenaukreis, the Black Forest and even France. When the weather is clear you will see the Strasbourg Cathedral from the southern roof terrace. This terrace is equipped with a garden table, 4 chairs, two relaxation loungers and matching chair covers. A large parasol provides shade and with the electric grill you can cook something outdoors.
Now to the apartment. It was completed in 2009 and is 70 square meters. Up to 4 people can be comfortably accommodated here.
This is a Non smoking apartment in a quiet location. Pets are not allowed because it is an allergy friendly apartment.
In front of the house you can park in our new carport. The apartment has a separate entrance. Right at the entrance to the apartment is our northern terrace, which is especially recommended on hot summer days.
The apartment is modern and tastefully decorated. In the living area you can enjoy the view over Offenburg on the cozy couch through the large panoramic window or watch TV, listen to music or just relax. The TV cabinet has a radio with CD player and various games for all ages.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. You can choose to make coffee using a conventional coffee machine or a Senseo pad machine. Microwave, toaster, egg cooker, dishwasher ect. - it's all there. The large oval dining table, which adjoins the kitchen in the open living area, comfortably sleeps 4 people. If required, we will gladly provide you with a baby highchair.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms. The blue room is equipped with two single beds which are put together. Here is also a second TV. In the closet and in the chest of drawers are enough linens and table linen. Also towels and two blankets can be found there.
The red room is equipped with a futon double bed and on the sufficiently large wardrobe is a large mirror attached.
Now the bathroom and then the tour of our apartment is finished.
This room is equipped with a walk-in spa shower, a bathroom cabinet with mirror, toilet and a small closet with colorful towels. Here you will find a washing machine. For the use we charge 2, - Euro per wash. Washing powder, clothes horse, ironing board and iron are in a small storage room, next to the bathroom. There are also various cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaners, brooms available. Also a safe for your valuables ..
In our carport we have a small vaulted cellar, where you can enjoy a small wine tasting with flames cake on request.
