Positive: It is a lovely flat in a nice part of Leamington, close to everything you need. Good size kitchen and front room. Heating worked well once the timers were set. Nice large fridge.
Negative: No terrestrial TV so could only live stream BBC Channels. No shampoo or conditioner provided and blurb suggested you were expected to remove bedding. But these were very minor issues.
