There are 3 primary advantages our home offers:
1- Location: Walking distance to Seminole City Center and less than 4 miles to the Beach
2- Room to spread out: Several different TV, sitting and office zones so everyone can have their privacy, 400 sq ft master suite
3 - Well stocked: plenty of plates, utensils, and cookery devices with baseline items such as spices, foil, and garbage bags to make it easy to move right in
A home to spread out in. You can enjoy the outdoors on the front porch or back screened porch. Watch TV in the living room, bedroom, or master suite living area. Work or do homework at the desk space in the master, cook in the large, well stocked kitchen and eat at the 6 person dining table.

This 3 bedroom home can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 of them being children.
Master suite is 400 sq ft with a queen size bed, living room area, desk area, walk in closet, and master bath with shower.

Pets - please read in entirety
Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee. The yard is fenced and there is doggie door access from the main house to the outside back yard. You will need to inspect fencing to insure it is suitably constraining for your pets as fencing is not a guarantee your pet would not escape. Pets NOT allowed on furniture or bed - a $150 cleaning fee will be charged if pet hair found in beds or on furniture. You must pick up pet feces in yard before departure. Pets are expected to be potty trained and any damage from pets will be claimed against security deposit. Breeds categorized as aggressive not allowed per insurance.
