Positive: The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants and cafes around (including a very good one downstairs). It is well priced and Esteban is very responsive if you need anything.
Negative: The flat is a bit rough around the edges (e.g. the bathroom door is not very easy to lock, there’s a small hole on the bedroom wall, etc.), and using some of the facilities is not straightforward. The wifi network on the flat guidance is not the correct one, it says that the TV has Netflix when it doesn’t (it doesn’t have access to any streaming app or TV channel), and we had issues booking the gym to use one morning (we were told by the owner that it was booked for us, but in reception they said the booking was never done).
Summary: Decent stay for a very good price.
