This peaceful home is conveniently located on a cul-de-sac that backs to an open space in the Lang Ranch Area and is within four miles of Thousand Oaks. Find yourself near amazing local attractions, including Oakbrook Vista Trailhead, Sapwi Trails Community Park, Lang Ranch Neighborhood Park, Conejo Creek North Park, Thousand Oaks Community Park, Civic Arts Plaza Theatres, Gardens Of The World, Conejo Community Park, Los Robles Greens, Rancho Madera Community Park, and numerous golf courses. You're also just 16 miles from Malibu!
One of the key selling points of this darling home is definitely the backyard. The enclosed backyard boasts impressive mountain views, a sparkling outdoor pool with an attached spill-over spa where you all can cool down and treat yourselves to soothing baths, a covered poolside lounge area with a hammock, and an outdoor dining area. This is the ultimate outdoor relaxation spot!
Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home boasts a light and bright open floor plan with recessed lighting. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living area with gorgeous plants, a comfortable sofa, a smart TV with streaming and cable services so you can stay up to date with your favorite series, and a WFH station with a monitor and a desk chair. (The fireplace is not operational.) The chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious homemade snacks and meals in the open kitchen. Complete with all stainless steel appliances, including a Ninja coffee maker, cooking should be a breeze! The primary suite has direct access to the pool deck and an en suite bathroom. All bathrooms have been recently upgraded. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, central AC, and board games.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house was lovely, clean, and comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. Our dog loved looking out over the pool and watching the birds and squirrels. We hiked in the nearby hills during the day and walked through the neighborhood in the evenings.
