Two story Spanish house; 2,600 Sq Ft. on a private 3/4 acre on foothills of El Yunque, Country Club El Verde, Rio Grande. We are located in a quiet dead end street countryside setting. The home is completely secured from the road by a decorative wall with electric gate access. The home has everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. We have 4 queen sized beds, each room has wall to wall mirrored-door closets, balcony facing the rain forest. accommodations for up to 14 guests. We provide beach towels, chairs, coolers, so you can enjoy the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare large meals for your family and guests. We have WiFi ,DVD, and cable TV in the main family room with a large sectional couch with a 50 inch flat screen for movie nights. Also enjoy the outdoor and indoor terrace on the second level looking at the rain forest taking advantage of the breath taking views. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Depending on the season you can enjoy anything from star fruit, coconut, avocados, passion fruit, banana, plantain, mangos, bread fruit, etc. that grow on the property. We are located in the north east section of PR which makes this a great base camp for your vacation. We are 20 minutes east of San Juan and the airport. We are 20 minutes from Fajardo where you can take the ferries to Vieques or Culebra islands. We are about 10 or 15 minutes to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island and 10 minutes from the main entrance into El Yunque National park. We are about 10 minutes from Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks which host over 50 local bars and restaurants. There is a beautiful river with waterfalls and wading pools within a 10 minute walk from the home. We are available 24/7 for any questions or concerns you may have. We are happy to give you recommendations or directions to anywhere you are looking to visit. Come enjoy the waterfall, Dwarf forest at the top of El Yunque.

Summary: The location of the property is spectacular.It's a gateway from/to San Juan and minutes from Loqillo and Fajardo Beaches.The outside of the house gives you a beautiful Caribbean feeling with coconuts and bananas growing in the trees. This home has 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom in the master bedroom. The air condition unit was not working in this room and the windows were locked with no screen creating poor circulation.Upon arriving to the property the owner was cooperative and responsive towards communicating with me after our departure the owner kept our refund and ignores my emails,phone calls and text messages. I have contacted VRBO about Wilfredo conduct.
