Summary: The studio was cute and clean. We stayed a week. The only discomfort we had was with the downstairs, long-term, renter. She refused to let us on the back patio which was located by the parking lot. Then she proceeded to lecture me on how she has been there 8 months and all downstairs space was hers. She left her washing in the washer excessively long, just sitting there. The room was good but the other renter left a bad taste in our mouth.
