Positive: The house was very well equipped and in a beautiful setting - not too far (10 minute easy drive) from the shops in Moss Vale. Also easy drive to places of interest (Bowral, Fitzroy Fallts etc.)
Negative: Unfortunately the gas cook top in the kitchen was not working, the lighter had run out of fuel (so we couldn't light it manually), so it took us about 45 minutes of wasted time before we could start cooking our dinner. Also the BBQ was in an appalling state and I had to clean it before we could use it.
Summary: Very comfortable and ideally situated.
