(This custom home is located 20 minutes away from the IAH George Bush Airport.)
The Star Home derives its name from the fact that the home was not only featured on television for its unique space, but also the way the accents of the modern designs and greenery of the home go throughout the whole property. This space sleeps 8 people comfortably and features a chef style kitchen, flat screen TV’s, Walk- In Showers, LED Mirrors & More!
BEDROOMS: This home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests in 1 King Sized bed, and 3 Queen Sized Beds, as well as a large Sofa.

AMENITIES: As a courtesy of the Star Home, we provide a "Starter Pack" of supplies for guests including:
-Toilet Paper
-Paper Towels
-Trash Bags
-Cleaning Supplies
-Towels
-Washcloths
This is to make our guests comfortable and also to relieve the stress of having to go to the store upon arrival at the Star Home. Guests are still personally responsible for purchasing these items if the guests have depleted the "Starter Pack".
PARKING: Maximum of cars that can park in the carport 2-4 , depending on the size of the vehicle. Street parking is available as well in front of the home. Please try to only park in front of the home if other vehicles need space. (Parking is located in the driveway and limited additional parking can be found on the street directly in front of the home only.)
Guests have access to the entire home except the attic.
Check-in time is at 4pm. Check-out time is at 11am.
EARLY CHECK-INS
Guests can request early check-ins within 2 days of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any early check-ins before this 2-day window. If early check-ins are available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8am.
LATE CHECK-OUTS
Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any late check-outs before this 2-day window. If late check-outs are available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour after the normal 11am check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 4pm.
**Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged an additional fee. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives.**
For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present on this property. Please note that there is a Ring Blink DoorBell located at the front of the home and there is also a camera located outside next to the backdoor. (Please do not unplug camera, resulting so will force the owners to check in on the property) There is NO surveillance located inside the home whatsoever. Mailing packages to this property is also not permitted. As such, our Star Home is not responsible for any mail/packages. We are also not responsible for any belongings left behind by guests and their company.
(No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, weather, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of nature.)
If there is an issue with anything on the property, Guests need to immediately (within 24 hours of check-in) make the host aware of any deficiencies or issues, and grant the host a reasonable amount of time to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
