3 Bedroom House in St. Simons Island

Note: During the Florida / Georgia Football game weekend, Oct 29,29,30th we do not rent to college students. You must be 25 years or older. Please do not book if you are not old enough. We will require ID to prove age. Welcome to Paradise. This very large three bedroom three full bathroom townhouse comfortably sleeps eight. The townhouse overlooks the first fairway of Sea Palms golf course. The views are spectacular out of the floor to ceiling windows or from the spacious deck. Relax or grill a big dinner on the deck and listen to the brook that runs just behind the townhome. The location of the property is ideal as it is within walking distance from the Sea Palms pro shop and restaurant and bar, Sago’s. The kitchen is large and fully stocked and has an island with bar stools. The bedrooms are spacious with high ceilings. The master is on the first floor and has a king Premier Dream Cloud mattress. You will sleep wonderfully. The two bedrooms upstairs have a king Sleep number mattress and two queen mattress. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. We stocked the townhome with hi end luxury towels and linens so you will have a great stay experience. Washer and dryer is off the kitchen. This awesome townhouse is only 4 miles from the beach and pier areas. If you are looking for larger or smaller vaca rentals please check our others out.
