Summary: House was the perfect size for my family and checked off all our needs. A locked box was used to gain access to the residence and we had no issues with it. Upon arrival, we noticed the place wasn't cleaned from the previous renters. I contacted the owner who was very accommodating and got back to me quickly. There was a glitch in the vrbo system which didn’t notify the cleaners to attend. The owner was very apologetic. I recommended to the owner to have the place deep cleaned as there was quite a bit of dust on the baseboards and under the beds/furniture. All in all, the place had everything we needed and would stay here again.
