- Our house features two full bathrooms and one half bathroom for a total of 3 Bathrooms! HUGE ensuite bathroom attached to the primary bedroom and 1 large bathroom in the hallway near the bedrooms upstairs, the third half bathroom is conveniently located on the main level.
- Easy self-check-in via secure door keypad.
- 1 stall on the driveway available for parking & TONS of free available street parking.
- Lightening fast WiFi on both of the homes 70" & 82" SMART TVs w/ complimentary DISNEY+.
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit hot in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide fans for ease and comfort sleeping at night.
-There is NO garage access with this home.
-Our home has a separate basement suite with a longer term tenant. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and the tenant is very quiet and respectful. Please note it is a walkout basement so if using the backyard you may see the basement tenant.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, DISNEY+, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with modern appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
You have full and total access of the upstairs portion of the home and full backyard during your stay. The basement is not included and has a completely separate entrance with a long term tenant.
