Just minutes from the bustling town of Roscoe, this amenity laden property offers privacy, fantastic indoor-outdoor flow, and a dreamy kitchen. The great layout, with living rooms and bedrooms across both levels, equips the house to easily handle any configuration of friends and family. The house just saw an incredibly sympathetic remodel and now boasts great flow, beautiful bathrooms, and light filled spaces, all while retaining the charm of the original build. Outside you are surrounded by huge trees giving a wonderful sense of seclusion and privacy.
The main level, which is the upper level, is accessed via an internal staircase from below. This level lives like you are in a treehouse, surrounded by the treetops and sunlight! The living room, which has the large smart tv, and masses of super comfortable seating, is also open to the kitchen, dining area and has access to the huge deck. The kitchen, pantry and dining area provide plenty of space for entertaining and cooking up something truly wonderful. This main level holds two bedrooms; a king bedroom with an office area and en-suite shower bathroom and a queen bedroom with its own private powder room. There is an additional hallway bathroom with a tub/ shower combo. Both upper level bedrooms have direct private access to the deck.
The lower patio level enjoys a large family room and game terrace, as well as a king bedroom and a double twin bedroom, perfect for the kiddos. The bathroom on this level has a large shower.
THE KITCHEN & MEALS
A superbly well-stocked kitchen, coffee station, and adjacent comfortable dining for 8 are the ingredients for great meals during your stay. There is also outside dining on the upper deck.
FAMILY & FUN
Like all Upstate Place properties, this home has a crib, highchair, baby bath, etc to make the smallest guest's stay welcoming and easy. The house provides well for all activities: picnic blankets for the nearby brook and hikes, snacks for nibbles, and propane and firewood for outdoor living.
Ideally, the house would suit a family, a small group, or multiple couples vacationing together.

The driveway and parking area is plowed in winter, but a four-wheel drive is recommended to explore the area.
As this house has two levels, accessing the upper and lower floors may not be suitable for those who need help with steps/stairs.
This house is in a rural environment surrounded by countryside, farms, and wildlife. While it's wonderful to observe the eagles, deer, bears, and adorable chipmunks, it can also mean you will hear coyotes and foxes at night and encounter the less cute mice, flies, snakes, ants, bees, and ticks. There is very little to be done about it, but by keeping doors closed or screened and food in its appropriate storage, unwelcome guests will stay outside where they belong.
