Welcome to our clean, cute, and cozy 2-bedroom gated condo. THIS IS A SECOND FLOOR CONDO UNIT. Our newly renovated kitchen & dining area are ideal for a quality family dinner. Our comfortable DreamCloud king mattresses are a haven for restful sleep. Access to the facility's gym, game room, and heated swimming pools are included. This home is centrally located: a 2-minute drive from Banner Gateway Hospital, two large grocery stores, Starbucks, and many dining venues; 25 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport; and 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport.

Summary: Nice condo- great location! Pools & hot tub were great. The only downside was the fitness center was not maintained very well. No wipes to wipe down equipment, 1 bike & 1 treadmill didn’t work, and the bathrooms were not maintained.
