Located on 18th hole of the Kona Country Club Golf Course, this spacious unit offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy ocean views and a front row to the golf course from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and lanai.. Pool, community BBQ, and more. This is a highly successful vacation rental that is located across from shopping, dining, market, movies and more. Also located just down the road from the Kona Country Club, snorkeling and swimming beaches.
The condo is well-stocked for the perfect Kona Vacation and offers fabulous views of the golf course and ocean from your private lanai and enjoy dinners on the spacious lanai while taking in the famous Kona Sunsets! The condo is located on the ground floor but not entry level.
The kitchen is open to the home's dining and living areas. Enjoy sitting at the bar while keeping your chef company while they cook up your dinner. The dining area allows for a sit-down experience or dine outside al fresco style.
The living room is situated to allow maximum comfort for your guests. There is a window air conditioning unit, and a large flat-screen smart television.

Kona Country Club Villas are located in the oasis of the Keauhou area. Keauhou Bay is just minutes away where you can paddleboard, kayak, or go snorkeling. Enjoy going out on a snorkel trip during the day or diving with the manta rays at sunset. You also are close to the Keauhou Shopping center where you can enjoy dining, grocery shopping, movies, and more. Country Club Villas is a very well-maintained property with beautiful grounds and tropical flowers plus multiple pools, spas, and tennis courts.
