Beautiful new East Hampton home with heated pool and grill. Remodel completed in June 2021. 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house is perfect for families and groups (no pets / no parties). The living room flows into a family room stocked with board games and a large screen smart TV in an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room seats 6-8 comfortably on an extendable dining table. Enjoy an outdoor BBQ on a brand new grill and outdoor dining set or lounge by the heated pool. Walk or bike to bay beaches, short drive to town. The house has central AC and heating, washer/dryer in basement, and high-speed WiFi. RR #: 21-807.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: All expenses and utilities are included, except that guests are responsible for any gas used to heat the pool at the renter's discretion. Deposit for this is collected upon booking as "pool fee".
