Our holiday house Sardinian summer in Nordholz is located in a quiet location and you as our guest even have access to the private quarry lake only 300 meters away! With bathing and dog beach. Also the walking is here recovery.
Here can get on 100sqm up to 9 people in 5 bedrooms their sleep from the extraordinary day. The 5th Room is the living room with sofa bed for 2 persons. Upstairs is a bathroom with toilet and a balcony with privacy. On the ground floor is the bathroom with shower, a beautiful south-facing terrace for the whole family. A very lovingly equipped kitchen and dining room and living room.
On the south-facing terrace with 70sqm adjacent garden, even the owners themselves go well: "We love this terrace!" For breakfast, the morning sun shines on breakfast and in the afternoon invites you to sunbathe. In the garden is also a garden pond and a XXL beach chair. The backyard is community garden: dogs can play here and our birds are looked after and fed here.
For a quiet sleep, the cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a French bed (140 cm). The upper floor has access to the small bathroom via this room. On the ground floor is another room with a single bed and at the same time access to the bathroom with shower. For an 8th and 9th Person is a sofa bed in the living room ready.

On cold days you can warm yourself at our tiled stove.
Please do not smoke in the house, outside it is allowed: In the rear exit is a canopy. Thank you.
Occasionally one can hear the flight operations from the naval airport, but is generally not very disturbing. In the backyard are chickens, 1 mini pig and an outdoor aviary with a parakeet and 2 amazons, which can also make natural noises. We look forward to you.
