Ons privé gelegen ecologische vakantiehuis "De Bohemien" is alleen per boot bereikbaar. Onze boot is apart te huur voor 100 euro per dag of 600 euro per week. Deze volledig nieuw gebouwde vakantiewoning heeft een prachtige royale tuin met zwembad, een aanlegsteiger, een luxe buitenkeuken met twee koelkasten en een barbecue en een ruime eettafel waar met een groot gezelschap kan worden gedineerd en geborreld. Deze woning heeft een bijzondere toevoeging; hij is volledig ecologisch. Alle stroom is afkomstig van zonnepanelen en er is een eigen waterbron die volledig wordt gezuiverd door een professionele waterzuivering. Daarnaast beschikt De Bohemien over een eigen afvalwaterzuivering. De centrale verwarming wordt gerealiseerd door flessengas, dit is het enige niet-ecologische aspect. De Bohemien is geheel gelijkvloers en is voorzien van centrale verwarming.
Er is een royale woonkamer met zithoek die tevens als ruim tweepersoonsbed fungeert. U beschikt over een 2 aparte slaapkamersmet een stapelbed en 2 persoonsbed (ook geschikt voor volwassenen).
Daarnaast beschikt u over een keuken met uitzicht op water.
De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien; een gasstel met afzuigkap, een magnetron, servies en kookgerei en een dolce gusto koffiemachine. De aparte badkamer ligt recht tegenover de Bohemien en is voorzien van een eco toilet, een douche en een wastafel, een wasmachine en is tevens voorzien van centrale verwarming.
De woning beschikt over voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid.
De perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een heerlijke ontspannen vakantie in alle seizoenen!
Het gehele terras is voorzien van een overkapping met schaduwdoeken; een optimaal buitenverblijf tijdens de zomer onder het genot van een goed glas wijn, maar dus ook tijdens een regenbui wanneer heerlijk buiten gezeten kan worden!
In deze heerlijke vakantiewoning ontbreekt het u werkelijk aan niets! U beschikt over diverse extra faciliteiten waar u gebruik van mag maken als gast van "de Bohemien". Van luxe hangmatten, tot een compleet uitgeruste barbecue, tot verschillende tuin sets waar u op ieder moment van de dag in één van de diverse terrasjes kunt zitten. Indien u speciale wensen heeft kunt u ons deze altijd alvorens laten weten, zodat wij kunnen bekijken of wij hierin voor u kunnen faciliteren.

Summary: Erik met us by the boat jetty and took us round to Bohemien. He was warm and welcoming. He showed us where everything was and how things worked (some hosts don’t bother). He was always available by WhatsApp if we had an issue, and always very helpful. So what about Bohemien? Fabulous residence, as described on the website. Space, warmth, peace, quiet all in abundance. Don’t be in a rush if you come here, it’s not that type of place. We came stocked with groceries; the kitchen was well equipped with good modern appliances. No oven, which is not a problem, just for info. There is an amazing barbecue if you’re not staying during the coldest April since the Ice Age! The surrounding canals and lakes are idyllic. You putter along the smaller canals but can open up the throttle on open water and the boat you hire is robust and quite fast. I didn’t see any adult life jackets which may concern you on the open lake. But there’s plenty of kids’ life jackets. We met Yvonne on our last day which was a pleasure albeit brief All in all a wonderful place to stay with warm and welcoming hosts. Highly recommended
