Positive: An absolute gem of a hotel. At first, we were a bit unsure because there weren’t many reviews, but it turned out to be the best possible choice, both in terms of the accommodation and the service. The location is perfect: right in the center of Göreme, which allowed us to walk everywhere easily, with restaurants, supermarkets, and all the main activities nearby (hot air balloons, quad tours, horseback riding, etc.). Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, and the room was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, we found water, tea, and coffee in the room, which was a lovely touch. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the service. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. He assisted us in organizing our trip, recommended activities, booked our hot air balloon ride, and helped us get in touch with different agencies. He even offered to pick us up from and take us to the airport, which made everything so much easier. We also really appreciated how attentive he was. One night we noticed a slight burning smell outside and mentioned it to him. He reassured us and checked on us several times throughout the night to make sure everything was okay. Truly 24/7 care and attention. On our last day, he also kept our luggage for us until it was time to leave for the airport, which was very convenient. We left absolutely delighted and would definitely stay here again. We hope to find more places like this, with such kind people and such a great location. If you’re planning a trip to Cappadocia and don’t know where to stay, this is without a doubt the perfect place.
