Positive: The location is fantastic, a short 10 minute walk to Waikiki Beach. We really likes the Food Trucks across the road and went there for dinner most nights. The room was cosy and had everything we needed. There are rental cars available on site. We paid for parking at $50 per day.
Negative: The bathroom could do with an update.
