Summary: The pool was perfect. The beach and ocean were incredible. Just a short walk to Santini Plaza with shops, food, and a farmer's market! Perfect location for those who are looking to be close to the activity of time square but love peace and quiet. Condo was as described. Included 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon for easy trips to the ocean.
