Positive: The location bing next to a very lovely beach was epic for us and our kids to enjoy anytime. It was 7 stairs away to paradise. And back yard is with ocen view, perfect sunset, BBQ ... There is night time security guard, our stay was very comfy, staff like Anushka bring anything missing for our stay in minutes, paul helped us with getting a good car for thebtrip with fair price and helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, they were ok for extended checking out because of our flight bing in the afternoon. Good AC in all bedrooms, good WiFi, clean, cozy. Only something's to be corrected to make it perfect stay.
Negative: Maintainance, for security Camera not working, back side small gate doesn't have lock brocken, front yard plants and grass could be well watered, on the last day the remote front gate wasn't working and less care by the owner when we report, when the other villa was occupied less privacy and they use our back yard to pass to the beach.
