The estate has marble floors throughout , two living rooms with incredible ocean views and brand new flat screens, The home has state of the art kitchen, sub zero double refrigerator ,wine cooler top of the line appliances, granite countertops more. The kitchen is completely equipped and seats 18 for a wonderful ocean view dinning experience. There are 6 bedrooms, Bedroom 5 and 6 are attached to create a large Family suite. Quarters are close but also separate. Ideal for families with young children. There is also a daybed for additional sleeping. The home sleeps 17 all bedrooms have brand new flat screens, 5.5 baths all marble With over 5000 feet of living space the home lends itself to large groups ,family reunions, and corporate retreats. The property has an elevator. The home in Upper Key Largo is 45 minutes from Miami Airport. Right off the backyard sits John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park . It includes approximately 70 nautical square miles (240 km²) of adjacent Atlantic Ocean waters. It was the first underwater park in the United States. The primary attractions of the park are the coral reefs (such as Molasses Reef) and their associated marine life which is located right off the backyard of Southern Diversion.
