Positive: The tent interior and exterior are very nice and luxurious. All the sanitory fitting was very neat and modern. The locatin is right outside the Talek Park gate. Staff named Mr. Ben (waiter) and Mr. Jeffry is very nice and polite The food was delicious. The chef was very cooperative and followed the instructions properly.
Negative: The staff stole USD300 from my wallet, which was kept in my room inside my bag when I went for dinner on the first night, while the main door was locked. Upon bringing this to management's attention, they investigated the matter. After a long waiting, this amount was adjusted in my final billing. I was also informed that the staff has an additional key and they have access to the room for cleaning purposes. When I tried to contact Miss Sandra, who is the owner of the property, the management denied me to meet her and contact her. Not provide a safe locker in the room to keep cash and valuables.
