Summary: Hotel is a bit scruffy and run down in places. Room was clean other than the shower cubicle which could do with a good scrub! Road outside ( our view along with scaffolding) was fairly noisy most of the night and had to close windows despite the heat. On the plus side breakfast was fresh and plentiful and staff were all friendly and helpful. Quite pricey for what it was.
