Positive: Nice place with great location to termini. Place is good, clean, they do daily cleaning. Host is very responsive. It has a small elevator enough for the luggage. We had a great time there. Internet is good and good ventilation/lighting in the room. Will stay again in it, no doubt about it!
Negative: Bathroom pump can be very loud, it can wake you up in the night, also air extractor. Space between beds is too small. Checkout too early at 10am.
