3 Bedroom Villa in Pedreguer, Muntanya de la Sella

Private mountain villa located on La Sella with spectacular valley, mountain and sea views to Denia.
From the private car port parking there are a few steps down to the villa. The large entrance hall and double doors lead into the spacious lounge and open plan kitchen. An archway from the lounge leads into the naya which is virtually a wall of glass and has outstanding views over the valley and to the Mediterranean, within the naya is a 6 place dining table and relaxing coffee seating area. Also from the lounge through another archway there is a family toilet with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin, through the arch to the left is a large utility room with washing machine, laundry facilities and storage. To the right of the arch is the 4th bedroom which is en-suite with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin, this bedroom has a king sized bed (This 4th bedroom is available on request).
To the other end of the lounge is the door that leads down a few steps to the large pool, the outside kitchen, BBQ, sink and worktops plus an outdoor WC, A table to seat 6, the sunbed area and a rattan sofa lounging area with coffee table all located overlooking the pool. A hot and cold outdoor shower along with a cloths drying area. The pool level area is around 160sq mtrs and commands outstanding views over the valley to the Montgo national park and also toward Denia and the Mediterranean, this is a very private space.
The gallery and outdoor kitchen areas have their own lighting as well as underwater pool lighting.
Within the lower level of the Villa you will find 3 further bedrooms. Bedroom 3 having twin single beds with fitted wardrobes, mirror and shelving. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and mirror. Both bedrooms 3 & 2 share a family bathroom which has a "Jacuzzi" corner bath and an overhead shower. Bedroom 1 is a large master suite with a King sized double bed, A/C, fitted wardrobes, small sofa bed (suitable for a small child) dressing table, mirror and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. All bedrooms benefit from the outstanding valley mountain and coastal views.

Summary: We (2 couples) recently spent a week at this lovely home. We had a great experience and can highly recommend the place for a stay of any length. The house is spacious and has a lovely outside space. The inside is well appointed, and the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space has a lovely pool, and a number of places to settle, both in shade and sun. Both inside and out there are plenty of spaces for gathering, as well as quiet spots for a solitary book. The house is perched in a privileged place, allowing for great views and, just as importantly, a lovely sense of privacy, even though it finds itself in a neighborhood of standalone houses and larger condo buildings in the distance. The on-site contact was super responsive and helpful. From the remote owner, the arrival information and similar communications arrived in a timely manner and were well-crafted and helpful. Overall, we had an outstanding experience and will return when we find ourselves returning to the Denia region.
