Palmetto Boulevard home across the street from the beach with open concept living room/dining room/kitchen that opens to expansive screened porch. 4 bedrooms downstairs and an upstairs 5th bedroom with upstairs den that opens to deck with incredible ocean views that parallel that of an ocean front home. Huge backyard and covered area under the house with picnic tables, hammock, and space to play for the kids. As is typical for most homes at Edisto, linens are not provided. This is a Sunday to Sunday rental in the summer season. There is not a minimum stay in the off season.

Summary: We surprised our kids with a beach week in Edisto. If you can’t afford to be right on the beach, but need a larger house, this is IT! Location is literally steps from the smaller beach access (golf cart only so it’s not too busy) and there are views of the ocean from both porches. The huge 1st floor screened in porch was a favorite gathering place. Wonderful all-around home. The kitchen is incredibly well furnished. We cooked a ton of huge meals.
