Summary: The condo is nice. Well-appointed. The check in process was a MESS. The property was not ready and the check in person left us sitting at a local restaurant well beyond the 4pm check in time. In fact, so long that VRBO offered to cancel our reservation and pay for us to get a hotel. When we finally got in, it was clear they had not yet cleaned from the construction. Dust was everywhere. They moved us to another unit. That one, unfortunately, did not have hot water in the master shower. They were quick to respond, but it took several visits. In short, the first few days were chaotic, as the staff was clearly not ready for guests, but by the third day, all was fine. There was a lot of construction in the neighborhood, but the unit was very quiet.
