Paradise hill is a luxury villa of 250 m² and is perfectly located on a hillside plot overlooking the seaside village of Kalyves with breathtaking views out to sea.
The Villa is the utmost in ultra modern luxury living. With 4 bedrooms, private pool, hot tube, hammam, bar, open plan, kitchen, lounge and dining areas.
The ground floor level consists of double height ceilings and a huge open plan kitchen, living and dining area. There are bi-folding glass doors that can open all the way making this area the perfect space for indoor and outdoor use. The ultra modern kitchen sits at the back of the open plan area with views across the living room out onto the front terrace, garden and swimming pool. The swimming pool itself is unique in that it starts underneath the bedrooms (first floor) to the right of the living area and continues outside onto the terrace and grassed area. There is also a BBQ area and entertainment space, an outdoor shower, jacuzzi and cascading waterfall feature wall.
The 1st floor has access from the main living area by the standout custom made wooden and steel floating internal staircase. From the staircase you cross over a glass and steal bridge which connects you to the 3 en-suite double bedrooms. The unique design of this project allows stunning views over Souda Bay from every room in the property.
The basement level is accessed from the rear of the ground floor level using an internal staircase. This 80sqm offers a lounge area, a 4th bedroom , full bathroom, hammam, utility room and bar.
