Positive: Excellent location, great value for money. Basic accommodation but excellent customer service. We love the breakfast as it's not buffet, just basic but very well presented, healthy and clean. Thank you very much for the owners/managers who are very friendly and helpful during our stay. There are few items for improvement to upgrade the hotel in future like new aircon. Overall we are very satisfied as the customer service is excellent which is more important to us.
Summary: Excellent location, basic accommodation. Great customer service.
