This beautiful, 1150 Sq Ft, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is located on the 11th floor. It has breathtaking view of the white sandy beach and crystal clear ocean. This unit comes fully furnished with everything you will need for a great vacation. The kitchen is completely stocked with every convenience and all new appliances. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen cable HD/Smart TV & DVD player. The spacious guest room has 2 full beds, HD/Cable TV, large closet, dresser and nightstand. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, cable TV, large closet, 2 nightstands, dresser, ocean view window and access to balcony. The unit has 2 full bathrooms, central air and heat, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. FREE WIFI and Parking! Our condo comes with FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE (March-October Rentals- Includes: 2 CHAIRS WITH UMBRELLA- a $50 a day value). Also, the BEST Tiki Bar "The Sand Bar" on the beach (March-Oct) offering Great Food, Drink Specials, Reasonable Prices, etc- It's Awesome! Regency Towers offers special events for owners and guest (June-Aug) such as Movie Night, Karaoke, Water Slides, Bon Fire on Beach, etc. You will never want to leave the property! Regency Towers charges a one time $40 registration fee that MUST be paid by the guest at check in. All other fees are included in the quoted price & the damage deposit is refunded within 5 days of departure if no damage is found.
