Or hop on the very close Boulder Creek Trail and walk or use the available city bikes to ride the quick two miles to Pearl Street Mall. Easy to access a multitude of hiking trails.

The bluestone front porch is a perfect place to enjoy coffee and admire the sunrise.
In addition to seating for six at the large custom amish reclaimed barnwood island, there is a full dining room perfect for meals or games. The back patio is a restful retreat with a slice view of the iconic flatirons in summer, comfortable table with chairs and a gas grill to fully enjoy the large, private backyard.
