Beautiful mountain home, over 4, 500 ft elevation, with more than 2.5 acres of privacy! This two story home has 2,515 square feet with a mostly level driveway for easier access during the winter months. It features vaulted ceilings with tongue and groove, and 2 inch wood floors on the main level. There is a stone gas fireplace with double French doors to a spacious deck and long-range mountain views. Custom blinds are throughout this home. The kitchen features granite counters, wood cabinets, pantry, open floor plan, gas range top, and electric oven. There is also a washer, dryer, dishwasher, range, and microwave. There are three Roku TVs. The TV in the main living room is 50". The main level has two bedroom suites one with a king bed and the second a queen bed, with vaulted ceilings and wood floor in master bedrooms and tile floors in bath. The Lower level has two more bedrooms or bonus rooms suites, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, and one with ceramic tile, and vaulted ceiling. The family room features another stone gas fireplace, tray ceiling, engineered flooring, wet bar w/frig. and microwave, and a separate deck. The furnace is by Trane. There is a homewide humidifier and dehumidifier. Central A/C. The owner of this luxury home are members of the Village Amenities which gives renters access to the swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and trout pond. The ski resort is only two miles down the road and access to the Nature Trail which is a hiking trail that takes you to the top of the Bald Mountain, part of the Appalachian Trail. You will not be disapointed with your stay in this lovely home and will want to book it every year for your vacation(s)! No pets, please.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 1 trash bag, dish detergent for dishwasher, 1 complimentary laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bath starter hand soap. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.
