This 604 sq foot immaculate one bedroom condo with 9-foot ceilings is equipped with modern appliances, a sleek contemporary kitchen with quartz countertops and a master bedroom suite with office desk area. The unit also comes with one underground secured parking spot, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer located in the pantry.
The Pearl Residences building has a gym as well as a private lounge with kitchen for residents and guests, both located on the main floor of the building. In addition, the building offers secured bicycle parking.
The Pearl Residences is located in Chinatown, Victoria's historic Old Town. All necessary amenities are just minutes away by foot, cycling or transit. Enjoy the convenience of shops, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy in arms reach and just minutes away from the downtown core which is home to Victoria's entertainment hot spots.
