This is our newest apartment, it has a big Murphey bed and a queen bed in the loft. It has Spanish tile floors and elaborate woodworking in a limited redwood found only in Puerto Rico. This apartment is the only apartment without a living room or a kitchen but has a small refrigerator and a microwave and wine racks. It opens into the gated private courtyard and is a great option for vacationers who eat out and want a less expensive beachfront apt. The apt opens into the gated private courtyard and has a 50" smart TV, coffee marker, Microwave and mini-frig.

Summary: The property was everything advertised. We would definitely stay there again. The beach is beautiful and the property is well maintained. Only thing I would change is put up a door to the bathroom.
