Positive: The whole accommodation is made from bamboo which gives a really nice vibe and unique experience with an amazing view to the jungle and ocean. The bamboo hut is really cool looking and it has an upper level with a really cosy net to sit in and admire the views. The pool is amazing with great views and nice size that is ideal for swimming. The staff can arrange everything for you. Mayu from the staff was super attentive and really caring and made our stay so convenient.
Negative: The food at the restaurant was okay, the coffee is really bad which is a shame because everywhere in Bali you have such a good coffee and they add 21% on everything, which is the highest we have seen in Bali. The location is very far from the city, which is great if you are planning on staying in the hotel all the time, but if you like to discover and go around it is not so practical at all and it won't be good value for your money. Some of the bath robes we got had holes in them, which is a bit strange for such an expensive accommodation. They arranged our transfer from another hotel from mainland Bali, but they forgot to mention the boat times which led us to wait for 2 hours at the port and kind of wasted our first day in Nusa Penida. If we would`ve known beforehand we would've left earlier or later. It is a small detail but made a lot of difference to our experience.
