Positive: Lovely view and terrace with flowers. Good breakfast. Rooms clean and quiet. Nice staff.
Negative: Lots of stairs when you arrive, and no people (do-it-yourself checkin). Fine for young people but older people should check first and get one of the rooms with few stairs to it. We were lucky with ours (Alice in Wonderland room).
Summary: Lovely setting, view can't be beat.
