All Condos have King Beds and a Queen Sofa Bed. Our guests have told us that our sofa beds are some of the most comfortable you will encounter.

GROCERY DELIVERY: Don't want to shop but want to cook? The ZIP code for your delivery is 89109. If you have arrived, the bell desk will receive the food and deliver it to your room if you have checked in. If not, they will hold it in their refrigerators until you arrive.

Before you write to us and request our 'best' rates, understand that we are not a hotel but a condominium hotel. When you stay with us, you stay in a home, not just a boxed-in hotel room. You don't have to walk through a smoky casino or wait in long lines for valet or the front desk. The majority of the units are furnished and designed similarly, but because they are individually owned, we can choose who cleans our units and what amenities we want to be included. We have stayed in several of the units at The Signature, and we can honestly say that not all are the same in respect of care and maintenance. Ours is spectacular! We care about our unit and keep it superbly maintained, stocked, and furnished with the best.
You can and will find a better price at certain hotels and three-star resorts in Las Vegas by calling the resort directly, depending on the size of your unit and the location. Because we want you to return to a well-maintained vacation home, we offer discounts and priority booking to guests who take care of our property. Our personalized housekeeping staff will let us know the condition of the room when you check out. Responsible guests are highly rewarded upon their return. The property is a guard gated Luxury resort behind the MGM Grand. Their full service includes 24-hour concierge and valet service.
Guests staying at The Signature have access to all of the amenities at the Luxury HOTEL AND CASINO adjacent to the resort, including the pools and world-famous restaurants. Only guests have access to its private pools, restaurant, intimate cocktail lounge, fitness and business center, Starbucks.
We encourage you to read this entire description as it contains important information. Our unit is self-managed which means we can negotiate but we have to cover our costs. We know that you may find less expensive accommodations in Las Vegas, even at some of the nicer hotels on the strip but we are not a hotel, we are a home and we want to share ours with you.
Avoid the smoke-filled casino/hotels and go through the beautiful lobby to your comfortable condo/hotel room, which has been thoroughly cleaned and prepared just for special guests.

The best part is that when you stay with us, you still get to enjoy all of the same amenities of a hotel. Our guests enjoy access to the immaculate gym, private pool, and spa of the Luxury Resort Condominium and access to the Casino and Pools at the Luxury Hotel and Casino adjacent to the resort.
In-room dining, and daily maid service are also available at additional costs. For our guests that enjoy gambling, a short walkway leads you directly to the strip and casinos.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations canceled 60 days prior to the reservation date may be refunded minus a 5% cancellation fee. Reservations canceled less than 60 days prior to the reservation date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Thirty days or less, no refund.
Weekend Rates, Holidays, Events, and Conventions are almost always higher.
PROPERTY DAMAGE & THEFT RECOVERY: All renters must complete our 'rental agreement' before checking in. The rental agreement must denote a credit card number that will be used to cover any damage or theft to the property. You are responsible for any theft of private property, including towels, kitchen utensils, appliances, cookware, etc., and any damage that incurs during your stay. You are further liable for any damage incurred by your guests and visitors.
IMPORTANT NON-SMOKING POLICY!!! The Signature is a NON-Smoking Facility: Should the Luxury Resort Management find evidence of smoking in the room or on the facility, including the balcony, the resort will assess a fee, they will call us, and we will charge a deep cleaning fee to your credit card on file. By accepting the booking, you accept our non-smoking policy.
ROOM CHARGES: Upon check-in, you will provide a credit card number to the front desk for amenities. You may call the front desk for room service, to book spa and restaurant reservations etc. All guests must be 21 and over to consume alcoholic beverages. Per Nevada law, you must be 21 or older to gamble. Please advise your under-aged guests of this law.
TELEPHONE CALLS: The telephone in our room only calls Luxury Resort property telephone numbers. We are able to keep your per-night room rate low by not adding telephone company costs.

You can go through The District shopping area or The Underground. Located on the lower level of the main lobby, The Underground can be accessed from either the main lobby or from the parking garage.
