LOCATED NEAR BEACH CROSSOVER - OCEAN SIDE, QUICK BEACH ACCESS. This spacious 3 Bedroom 3 Bath HOUSE (sleeps 9) is conveniently located on the ocean side of the resort and it's just a short walk away from the beach crossover.
With nearly 1600 sq. feet of living space, this house features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and easy access to the beach. "Feeling tip'Sea" has cable TV with high-speed wireless internet throughout. Two well furnished balconies (one off the family room & one off the master bedroom) makes this house the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Relax to the sound of the waves from the Gulf of Mexico from either of the two private shaded balconies. There is also additional patio space located under the house which adds tons of shaded space for grilling, games, & just relaxing by the pond. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a queen trundle underneath, large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, over-sized tub, and access out to the balcony. The other two bedrooms are spacious and feature a queen bed in one room, and two bunk beds in the third (twin over full and twin over twin).
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 25 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.
RESORT FEE:
The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. This applies for ages 5 and up. The fee is $25 per person (ages 5 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, hot tubs, workout facility, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, basketball, and pickle ball court as well as resort sponsored activities for the entire family.
**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds, pools, elevators or restaurants. Those are seperate entities. Purchase of the resort amenities (wristband) is optional.
The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to enjoy these resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
