PARKING
1. For Townhomes, a maximum of 3 vehicles can be parked in designated townhome parking areas;
2. For Single-Family homes, parking is available in the garage and driveway. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars, and the garage can hold an additional 2 cars, unless it has been converted into a game room.
3. Do not obstruct sidewalks.
4. Side Street Parking: Vehicles may park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs;
5. No Parking on landscaping: Parking on grass and irrigation areas is strictly prohibited;
6. Parking in front of the basketball court is allowed (Not inside of the clubhouse area);
7. Vehicles found in violation will be towed;
8. Security will provide a parking pass.
POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Windsor Island Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Saturdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

- Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165.
- Early check-in (from 10 am): $127, subject to availability.
- Late check-out (Until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
