Perfect location ACROSS FROM THE LAKE! Close to all the amenities, with Mentor Headlands beach, restaurants and a theater nearby! Everything has been completely updated but still cozy. This home is fully furnished with cookware, dishes and all the needed essentials. Beautiful tiled bathroom with Blue tooth surround sound. This would make a great temporary home (within 30 min from downtown cleveland ) if you are in between houses, or just a weekend get away by the lake to relax.
There are two parks nearby and the home is located right across the street from the lake. You can see it right out of the main window on the first floor. Only an 8 minute drive to Mentor Headlands beach. The water is even beautiful to see frozen in the winter months.
Quiet Hours and Hot Tub/Fire Use: Please note that the city enforces a 9 pm quiet hour rule. If you are using the hot tub or having a fire after this time, kindly be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for all.
