Positive: As mentioned below, you share the apartment with the owner, but the owner is helpful, attentive, the apartment is clean and in a good location (close to the center and the train) and I felt completely normal, so I didn't mind sharing at all.
Negative: It's not explicitly stated on the website, but you are buying accommodation in a room that is part of an apartment where the owner normally lives. Given the price that shared rooms usually go for, I wasn't surprised, but it could have been. In my opinion: even though there is no separation between the owner's room and the rented room, you still have more privacy than in a shared room.
