Ascend the stairs from the ground floor entrance and you are greeted with a cavernous living area and open kitchen and dining with floor to ceiling glass doors to appreciate the man-made and natural beauty of La Quinta.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances, complete dishware, toaster, mini oven, blender, coffee maker (regular drip and k-cup), crockpot, mixer, rice cooker, pots, pans, basic seasonings. Everything you need to stay in and prepare a family meal or dinner party.
3 comfortable bedrooms all feature new mattresses, high quality cotton linens and are cable TV equipped. The master bedroom has a Cal King bed and large ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed with attached full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 single beds.
A large bonus living area at the back of the condo is a great area to relax and enjoy a different aspect with dramatic views of the Santa Rosa mountains. High quality pool table, darts, leather lounge and bar-room furniture provide a great place to unwind in the evening.
