Positive: Very nice, well maintained property. Loved the indoor pool. We came on a day when the weather was bad. A tornado had come through while we were driving in, and flooded the roads. I asked if we could check in early due to that reason, and they were very accommodating. Check in was very smooth and easy. The communication was prompt. Person working front desk to get parking pass was very sweet, and helpful on things to do and places to eat. Had a problem with shower upon arrival, Sarah was very quick to respond and have the issue corrected. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was stylish, comfortable, felt like home. Kitchen well stocked, nice appliances. Loved spending time sitting on the balcony in the comfortable chairs looking at the view. We typically bring our 5th wheeler camper down this time of year, but was unable to due to my husband being in a very bad automobile accident. So with that being said it is a good option for people with mobility problems and wheelchair needs. Handicapped parking was great.
