Positive: Peaceful area and no noise from neighbours or from street, shop nearby too, easy connection to centre
Negative: Terrible mounted “stairs” to mezzanine and used also part of kitchen table as a part of stairs, complete nonsense. Also high of mezzanine to low so no possible to stand there. That construction definitely not for older people and even danger for children. Problem with drainage and water went very slow from both bathroom’s sink and shower
Summary: Generally ok but I wouldn’t go there again.
