☀❄ Smart Heating: during the winter/colder months, there are 2 types of heating sources available in the suite to ensure your overall comfort. The main source of heat would be from the newly installed energy efficient Daikin heat pump visible in the main living room. Supplemented with baseboard heating using Mysa smart thermostats in both bedrooms. (The wood stove is strictly for decoration due to safety reasons and precaution).
☀❄ Smart Cooling: as for the summer/warmer months, the energy efficient and versatile Daikin heat pump will serve as an AC air conditioner cooling unit. A single heat pump unit has both cooling and heating functions, which keeps you cool in the humid summers, warm during the chiller winters, and comfortable for everything else in between.
✱ During the winter months, four-wheel drive vehicle with winter tires is recommended as the driveway is quite steep.

✱ It's one big house with over 5,000 sqft on a 2.21 acre land. Hosts occupy the main floor of the house. You may occasionally hear us but rest assured you won't see us or be seen unless you need us for a reason. There are long term tenants on site that are extremely quiet and respectful that stays on the highest 3rd floor. All in all, it's a quiet and very comfortable family home, everyone is very respectful and considerate. You will have your own privacy, separate entrance and the entire private suite.

- Pet must not be aggressive and house-trained.
- Pet must be clean and free of fleas or ticks.
